RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rade Apparels, all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under normal circumstances.

Exceptions (Eligible Cases Only)

Returns/replacements will only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged (torn, defective stitching)
  • There is a color dye issue or manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was delivered

Mandatory Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof
  • The video must show the package being opened from the start without cuts

Without an unboxing video, requests will NOT be considered.

Resolution

  • Replacement of the same product OR
  • Store credit (based on availability)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time will be refunded to the original payment method

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges to ensure the right fit and satisfaction.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Process

  • Customers must contact us to initiate exchange
  • Reverse shipping may be arranged or guided

Conditions

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchange

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 7–15 business days (approx.) depending on location
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
